Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb chops about 8
  • cup olive oil
  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • cup molasses
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Baharat spice mix
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over lamb chops. Turn to coat evenly on both sides and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  2. Heat grill (or grill pan on stove top) till 400*F (or hot).
  3. Grill 3-4 minutes per side for medium, 5 minutes for well done.
  4. Turn and grill the other side.
  5. Serve with raita and pickled onions.
