I am a full time professional and part-time cook. I realized my passion for cooking later in life. While in graduate school, I started cooking to satisfy my cravings for restaurant quality food on a budget.Over the years I have honed my culinary skills and entertained family and friends with my cooking. I am an avid traveler and have visited many places around the world. I love trying new foods while traveling and later recreating them in my own kitchen to relive the memories of my trips. Now I want to share my recipes with the world. I will also add travel essays and occasional restaurant reviews. Why ‘Boo Eats’? I named my blog after our favorite pet Bichon who loves to eat and will gulp down anything and everything and leave a clean plate.
