Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over lamb chops. Turn to coat evenly on both sides and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Heat grill (or grill pan on stove top) till 400*F (or hot).

Grill 3-4 minutes per side for medium, 5 minutes for well done.

Turn and grill the other side.

Serve with raita and pickled onions.
