Ingredients
- 2 lbs kumquats
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups honey
- 3 cups water
- 1 stick cinnamon
Instructions

Wash kumquats in cold water.

Cut each in half and remove seeds.

Heat 3 cups of water in a saucepan. Add the sugar and honey and bring to a boil.

Add kumquats and simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes.

Skim off any foam on top.

Add a stick on cinnamon.

Transfer to sterilized bottles.
